JONATHAN BETHANCOURT
Jonathan Bethancourt is a state licensed HVAC specialist. He worked closely with his father who owned an AC business for 25 years before his untimely passing in 2014. Jon wanted to continue the legacy of his father's work so in his honor, he opened up his own HVAC business later that year with his wife, Lauren. Since then, he has grown the business tremendously from 1 employee to an entire HVAC team with multiple service vans on the road. Jon upholds a high standard for service and offers competitive prices on units and new installations. He is first and foremost a family man, and that is clearly seen in how he handles his business and fosters his relationships with life-long clients.
LAUREN BETHANCOURT
Lauren Bethancourt is an administrator in the St. Tammany Parish Public school system. She has always admired her husband’s work ethic and drive and continues to support him in growing his business. Lauren’s number one concern is the client and their overall experience. She takes great pride in maintaining a business with a high standard of excellence and professionalism.
WILLIAM C.
William has been training and working in the industry for 8 years. He prides himself on thorough workmanship. William has lived in Slidell for 30 years with his family. As a skilled technician, he has his own apprentice that he works with diligently to teach the trade of HVAC.
CATHY N.
Cathy has over 20 years of office experience and is thrilled to work for Bethancourt A/C and Heating LLC as the office manager. She is here to schedule your appointment, take payments and all the day to day grind that needs to be done while doing it with a smile. Cathy is a long time resident of Slidell. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering in the community, or her Church in Lacombe.
LOGAN M.
Logan is a part time employee who works for Bethancourt AC during his college breaks and the summers. He is learning all the in's and out's of HVAC and is dedicated to working hard to make sure each client is happy with his service.
MACKENZIE D.
Mackenzie is a part time employee who is essential to helping the day to day run smoothly with the Bethancourt household. She is a go getter that makes sure all tasks are completed in a timely manner to help keep Bethancourt A/C and Heating LLC running at top knotch day in and day out.
BABY B.
Baby Bethancourt is the newest employee at Bethancourt A/C and Heating LLC. Her main goal is keeping the cuteness going strong with this growing HVAC company. Blaire works hard making sure each employee has lots of smiles and giggles when she is around.
GRIFFIN R.
Griffin works part time at Bethancourt A/C and Heating LLC during his college breaks and summers. He is able to preform tasks with little to no supervision and has excelled as an apprentice. Griffin is able to preform under pressure and is truly committed to the profession.

10 year manufacturer parts warranty AND 10 year manufacturer compressor warranty on residential installations.
One year labor warranty: Bethancourt AC and Heating LLC guarantees and warrants the Work against defects or deficiencies in the Work and as to all material, equipment, and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of Final Acceptance. However, labor is not covered due to damages sustained by 'Acts of God' such as but not limited to, acts of natural disaster causes, power surges or anything out of the control of the installer.
