WARRANTY INFORMATION:
10 year manufacturer parts warranty AND 10 year manufacturer compressor warranty on residential installations.
One year labor warranty: Bethancourt AC and Heating LLC guarantees and warrants the Work against defects or deficiencies in the Work and as to all material, equipment, and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of Final Acceptance. However, labor is not covered due to damages sustained by 'Acts of God' such as but not limited to, acts of natural disaster causes, power surges or anything out of the control of the installer.
